Problem
HQ needed one system for inventory, finance, and HR. Sales reps needed the same inventory on the road — often without a reliable connection.
What I built
- HR, inventory, and finance modules in Angular with NestJS and MySQL
- Real-time reporting and partner API integrations
- CI/CD with GitHub Actions and Docker
- Flutter field app with Hive offline storage, sales/inventory sync, and Shorebird OTA updates
Outcome
One ERP across Indonesia and Sri Lanka operations, with reps who could sell offline and sync when the network came back.
